Thank you for purchasing consumer electronics from Lap Man HO. Our team carefully packages every electronic item to guarantee secure and accurate delivery, and we strive to get your orders to you within a practical delivery schedule.
Order Processing Time. Once your order confirmation is received, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A surge in order volume can lengthen processing timelines. We will notify customers promptly should any substantial delays occur.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping costs for your purchase will be calculated and shown during checkout. Standard Shipping carries an estimated transit period of 15 business days. These delivery times are approximations only and may change due to courier delays, customs inspections, poor weather, logistical limitations or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing shipment confirmation and tracking details. Tracking information generally activates within 24-48 hours after shipment. You can monitor your electronics package transit status through the provided tracking link.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. You must confirm your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting payment. Lap Man HO assumes no liability for parcels delivered to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned because of address errors, additional reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel goes missing during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can start an investigation. If electronic goods arrive broken upon receipt, contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery and attach clear photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging. We will assess your claim and resolve the issue rapidly.
Electronics Handling and Usage Notice. All electronic devices need to be operated following the user instructions included with each unit. Lap Man HO will not be accountable for faults or damages resulting from inappropriate power supply, unauthorized disassembly, incorrect operation or other improper use of electronic products.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Cross-border shipments may trigger customs duties, import taxes and other related fees set by the destination territory. These expenses are borne solely by the customer and are not incorporated into product prices or delivery charges.
